Welcome to Johnsonville Cakes!

We are an amateur, home-based operation that happens to make really awesome cakes! Inspired by his father who used to design and make unique and personal cakes when he was a kid, Erik wanted to make each birthday special for his kids with a custom, one of a kind, themed cake. He began that journey in 2002 and has been making birthday cakes for each of his four children for over 15 years. Stella has had an extensive background in the world of food and has been passionately cooking and baking since 2007. She specializes in unique dietary considerations including Vegan, Gluten Free, and everything in-between. With our powers combined we have made some incredible creations together, ranging from fun, artsy birthday cakes to beautiful and elegant wedding cakes. We hope to someday open a brick and mortar, but for now we want to keep our passions alive by providing the Waco, Texas community with delicious and unique cakes!
